Made from a harmonious blend of Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc, and Muscadelle, the grapes undergo meticulous hand-harvesting after being naturally affected by noble rot (Botrytis cinerea). Following fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels for 18 to 24 months, developing depth and complexity in every sip.
