Château Nenin

Château Nénin is regarded as one of the most renowned wine estates in Pomerol, representing the region’s prestigious winemaking tradition. Nénin is the third estate owned by the Delon family and the only one located on Bordeaux’s Right Bank. Since its acquisition, the château has undergone a remarkable transformation, restructuring its vineyards and operations to establish Château Nénin as one of the largest Crus on the Right Bank.

Grown on an exceptional terroir with 23 distinct soil types, Château Nénin 2006 is a refined and sophisticated expression of its Merlot and Cabernet Franc blend. The wine unfolds with captivating aromas of dark berries, including blackcurrant, blueberry, and ripe raspberry, intertwined with creamy chocolate and a rich array of spices, highlighted by licorice and cedarwood.

On the palate, the wine is vibrant and fresh, with moderate tannins that are smooth and supple, delivering a well-structured balance. The long, lingering finish is infused with delicate oak notes, leaving a lasting impression of classic Pomerol elegance.
