- Tasting Notes
Château Rahoul Blanc delivers a lively freshness, revealing layers of citrus fruits like orange and grapefruit, complemented by delicate white fruit and floral acacia notes. The remarkable crispness and well-balanced aromas create a harmonious experience, leaving a long and unforgettable finish.
Fermented in oak barrels for 8-9 months, with 20% new oak barrels added each year, this process enhances the wine’s complexity and structure, enriching its depth and aromatic profile. The blend of 78% Sémillon and 22% Sauvignon Blanc, combined with a gentle 12.5% ABV, results in a silky texture and a lingering mineral freshness on the palate.
- Food Pairing: With its crisp and pure character, Château Rahoul Blanc pairs beautifully with seafood dishes such as steamed shrimp, crab, fish, prawn salad with passion fruit dressing, and fresh cheeses.
