Since transitioning to organic farming in 2019, Bott Frères has focused on preserving biodiversity within its vineyards. Each Riesling grape is hand harvested, ensuring the highest quality for an authentic Alsace expression. Riesling Tradition 2020 captivates with its vibrant aromas of citrus fruits (lemon, lemongrass, grapefruit), peach, pear, and stewed fruits, intertwined with floral notes (white flowers, linden blossoms). This wine boasts a refreshing acidity, underlying a golden hued elegance, offering a truly memorable tasting experience.
- Foods Pairing: This lively Riesling pairs wonderfully with appetizers, aged cheeses, and seafood especially fried fish. It also complements goat and lamb dishes excellently. Best served at 10–12°C.
